Welcome to our new Clinical lead Dr Sham Seehra (Dentist)
Sham Seehra is driven to provide you with comprehensive dental and has a passion for Dentistry. She is also the Clinical Lead at the practice.
New Adult orthodontics now available
We now provide limited objective adult orthodontics using Six month Smiles and Quick straight teeth systems. We also use UK based Smilealign to straighten front teeth using comfortable and discrete clear trays
New Anti wrinkle treatment
Facial aesthetics with Azzalure (Botulinum toxin) to gently reduce the appearance of fine lines and create a natural more smoother look
‘The Verne Dental Surgery’ re branded to ‘Verne Dental Centre’
A minor change reflecting the new drive and service we now provide.

School talks
Sham and Emily will be going out to local schools in Surrey and Hampshire to promote healthy eating and tooth care. The first talks start Friday 21st September at Rowledge School and Church Crookham Infants.
Hugely successful Sugar awareness Charts!
Our sugar awareness charts have been really popular with our patient base. The visual aids have really hit home on the sugar content of some popular drinks. Come along check out our charts and take a picture to share on social media to rise awareness of sugar in snacks and drinks. We will soon be launching our healthy snack poster to give ideas on tooth friendly snacks.
MacMillan coffee morning Friday the 28th of September
The team are really happy to be hosting their first coffee morning and we want to open the morning to all members of the public.
UPDATE: Our local community generously donated £76.50 during the 2 hours and Verne Dental Centre matched this to raise a total of £153
Dementia information session at the Gracewell care home
Sham held an information session to help with the understanding and management of Dementia at the Gracewell Care Home in Church Crookham

We will be holding an information session at the Verne Dental Centre on Thursday the 17th of January 2019 at 6pm. It is open to the public. Please enquire at reception to confirm details.
London Marathon Walk
THANK YOU! We raised £646 from our Marathon Walk for Alzheimers Society in July 2019. Sham will be running the Fleet half marathon and the Brighton marathon in 2020 to raise further funds
MacMillan Cancer Support
A socially distanced outdoor event raised £265 in early September coffee morning. Verne Dental Centre rounded the donation up to £300 for Macmillan cancer support.
Electric Energy
All our electricity since 1st of May 2021 comes from 100% renewable sources like sun, wind and water.

5 year celebration 2nd May 2023
Verne Dental Centre celebrated 5 years of ownership with an open morning. Local school children also attended for an educational visit.
August 2023 Congratulations to Dr Steph Fernandes
Dr Steph Fernandes gave birth to a baby girl in August 2023. Both baby and Mum are doing well. We look forward to visits from Dr Fernandes with baby Freya.
Charity appeal Sept 2023
Dear Patients we a re collecting:
Sleeping bags, Blankets, Warm Jackets, Jumpers, Coats, Socks.
They will be personally handed out to the homeless were we volunteer on Saturdays, please leave at reception. All donations a received with gratitude! I will be collecting until December 2023. Many thanks Sham
